      <image:title>About</image:title>
<image:caption>Hi, I’m Lindsay Tucker (they/she). I’m a white, nonbinary therapist. I was raised middle-class and my family was impacted by addiction, disability, cancer, and loss. I believe transparency matters in therapeutic relationships. I share elements of my social position (Misawa, 2010, p. 26) so you understand the perspective I bring and the privileges I am responsible for navigating. I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Certificate in Trauma Counseling from Antioch University. I am also trained in EMDR, Collaborative Law, and mediation. Before stepping into counseling, I worked for over a decade as a molecular and computational biologist in tech and academia, while also racing bikes at a professional level. My practice is rooted in liberatory values of collective healing and body autonomy. I also coach athletes in a HAES®-aligned way and teach trauma-informed weightlifting and yoga. I care deeply about helping people repair their relationship with their bodies, create meaningful rituals, and find more ease and embodiment in their lives. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outside—moving, clapping, playing, and exploring with my two- and four-legged family members.</image:caption>

<image:caption>My work centers on trauma and helping people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel safe, grounded, and empowering. A strong body of research supports the effectiveness of somatic-based interventions in treating trauma and chronic stress. I draw from a range of embodied practices—including breathwork and movement-based approaches such as yoga, dance, running, cycling, and strength training to support nervous system regulation and healing. Let’s work together.</image:caption>

<image:caption>In relationship with participants, my approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and I draw on somatic and mindfulness-based interventions. This means that you can expect a non-judgemental environment to increase your understanding of self with the belief that each person has their own force for therapeutic change within themselves. I utilize the frameworks of social justice, intersectionality, and preemptive radical inclusion. I operate with a transfeminist and queer theory lens and work towards a sex and gender expansive world.</image:caption>

<image:caption>EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a psychotherapy approach used to help individuals process distressing memories and traumatic experiences. This therapy involves bilateral stimulation, such as side-to-side eye movements or tapping, while the individual recalls the traumatic event. The goal is to help the brain reprocess these memories, reducing their emotional intensity and enabling the individual to develop more adaptive coping mechanisms. EMDR can be effective in treating various conditions, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and other trauma-related suffering.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Collaborative Law Services</image:title>
<image:caption>What is Collaborative Divorce? Collaborative divorce is a respectful, non-adversarial process that helps separating partners resolve legal, emotional, and practical issues outside of court. Each person works with their own attorney, and the team may also include neutral professionals such as a collaborative law-trained divorce coach (also called a mental health neutral), financial specialist (or CDFA®), or child and family specialist, depending on the needs of the family. Together, the team creates a safe and structured space to address concerns, improve communication, and reach mutually agreed-upon solutions. The goal is to reduce conflict, protect relationships, and support the well-being of everyone involved—especially children—through a cooperative, forward-looking process. Fee per 60 min of collaborative services: $225</image:caption>
