Psychotherapy Intensives & Rates

Focused Time for Deeper Healing

Intensives for Individuals & Relationships

Sometimes 53 minutes just isn’t enough.
When you’re navigating trauma, grief, relational struggles, or feeling stuck in old patterns, a longer block of time can create the space needed for meaningful breakthroughs.

I offer intensive psychotherapy sessions lasting 3–6 hours. These extended sessions provide the opportunity to go deeper, stay present with the process, and allow for both healing and integration—in one contained experience.

Who Intensives Are For

  • Individuals seeking to address trauma, anxiety, depression, or grief without rushing.

  • Relationships wanting to untangle pain points and reconnect in a focused, supportive environment.

  • Participants who want to work on a specific issue with clarity and momentum.

  • Those who find weekly sessions challenging and prefer a more immersive format.

What to Expect

In an intensive, we create a safe, supportive space to slow down and go deeper. Sessions often incorporate:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): to process disturbing memories and reduce distress.

  • Mindfulness and Somatic Tools: to regulate the nervous system and stay grounded.

  • Relational Work: for relationships or family members, building communication and repairing trust.

  • Integration Practices: to leave feeling more open, resourced, and steady.

Why Choose an Intensive?

  • More time for processing and integration in a single sitting.

  • Faster progress on long-standing patterns.

  • Focused attention without the stop-and-start of weekly therapy.

  • Can complement ongoing weekly sessions with your current therapist.

Format & Scheduling

  • Sessions are customized for your needs, ranging from 3 to 6 hours. Option for multiple days (ideal for out-of-town Washington State residents.)

  • Available for individuals or relationships.

  • Can be scheduled as a one-time intensive, or as a series.

  • Breaks are incorporated to support comfort and integration.

I provide culturally-competent care for: couples (affirming care for non-monogamous relationships, relationships anarchists++), and 2SLGBTQIA+/queer community.
