My work centers on trauma and helping people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel safe, grounded, and empowering. A strong body of research supports the effectiveness of somatic-based interventions in treating trauma and chronic stress. I draw from a range of embodied practices—including breathwork and movement-based approaches such as yoga, dance, running, cycling, and strength training to support nervous system regulation and healing.
